,It is currently unknown if this character is truly James Moriarty the infamous nemesis of Sherlock Holmes, or something more sinister. He appears in the Christmas special long format episode Ghosts of Christmas Past. He presents himself to Dorian simply as James and confronts him regarding the murder of Basil Hallward. He also appears to Sherlock as a very young James Moriarty and attempts to convince Sherlock to sell his soul for eternal youth in order to save London from its criminal elements.
He may also appear as Henry Wotton in Displacement Activity and The Darkest Hour.
