Lenny Starr is a music producer. He appears in The Lord of Misrule. He inadvertently freed Otto from what appears to be a parallel dimension or something similar while exploring hexaphonic sound (sound in 6 dimensions). He then becomes obsessed with Otto to the point of mania. Whether this was due to some inherent quirk or weakness or is an effect of close proximity to Otto is unclear.
