Dr Madras was the physician treating Dorian Gray when he had his appendix taken out for the second time. He thought that the creature that Dorian saw was a by-product of the medication Dorian was on for the pain. He found out that the biohazardous waste wasn't being disposed of due to the actions of the creature. He was killed the creature. (Human Remains)
